Last updated: 15.07.2026. This Privacy Policy explains how RSG Softsync (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you use this website. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and with the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Who is responsible (data controller)
RSG SOFTSYNC LIMITED
66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom
Email: info@rsgsoftsync.com
[If the company is established outside the EU/UK but offers services to people there, name your EU representative (Art. 27 EU GDPR) and/or UK representative here.]
2. What we collect and why
We follow the principle of data minimisation and only process what we genuinely need.
- Contact form. When you submit the form we process the name, email address, optional company and message you provide. Purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) EU/UK GDPR), given via the tick-box and withdrawable at any time.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date/time of the request) to deliver and secure the site and to prevent abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in a secure, reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f) EU/UK GDPR).
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not process special-category data. Web fonts are self-hosted, so simply loading this site sends no personal data to Google or any other third party.
3. Who we share data with
Your data may be handled on our behalf by service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 EU/UK GDPR — in particular our website host and email provider (Hostinger). They may only process data on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
4. International transfers
We aim to keep processing within the EU/EEA and the UK. Where a provider processes data outside these areas, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum for UK data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting conversation, then deleted, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. Contact-form correspondence is kept for no longer than 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under the EU and UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any right, contact us at info@rsgsoftsync.com. We respond within one month.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to a data-protection authority:
- United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
- European Union / EEA: the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. This site sets no non-essential cookies, so no consent banner is required under EU or UK rules.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
